How can we be benefitted from chanting OM?

Why do you chant? Are you crazy to chant a mantra but don’t know why you chant?

First, understand what impact the chant is going to have. Then what changes it will create to your body. That changes in your body cause emotional changes. With all these changes your entire energy field changes and based on the type of mantra you chant it attracts the positiveness of the mantra.

So for starters, maybe start low count then move to 108 then if you can 1008. Increase as much as you can but remember how many rounds you do not care. Daily practice is the only thing that counts.

Do till you feel the vibration of mantra in each cell of your body.

How do you feel about that? By only if you are one with the mantra during the chant. That is called Yoga.

Why chanting OM

Om is not just a sound, it’s a wave of the universe. Om is a powerful sound that lies within us. Chanting om or Aum is a sacred practice that helps our mind and body to energize. According to the Hindu sculptures, Om connects all living beings to nature and the universe. You can chant Om silent or aloud. There are many benefits of chanting Om.
